Week 1 - 3 : Cardio
First we have to work on general fitness level and get fit before we get strong. Fitness is not only about lifting heavy weights. At the cardio session, we take care of our most important muscle, the heart.
Week 4 - 6 : Strength
After we are sure, our heart is well trained, now we can start the strength training. Better start slow but with no injuries than too fast and not be able to move without pain. We make progress, not the time is important but the health is the number one!
Week 7 - 9 : Balance
Healthy body and mind has to be in balance. The right amount of cardio and strength is due every body type different. Some people can lift more weight from the start and some run the marathon without a big training. Remember, that a rest is very important too. It’s all about the balance.
